KickFit combines cardio, muscle toning & kickboxing into one quick and convenient 40 minute kickboxing fitness class.
HOW DOES KICKFIT WORK?
KickFit is a 40 minute workout that combines boxing, kickboxing, aerobics and functional training in a high intensity interval training session that changes daily.
The workout is divided into 10 stations of 3 minutes each where a specific exercise is performed. After the 3 minutes the person moves on to the next station and a new exercise until he completes the circuit.
A high energy personal trainer is present during the whole workout to encourage, motivate and to demonstrate the KickFit moves. The KickFit moves include punches, kicks and jumps, in a series of sequences and punching bags.
