How does it work?

KickFit is a specialized fitness center for people who want a unique, fun, and proven workout that guarantees results. KickFit offers a kickboxing themed fitness program that incorporates a functional, interval, cardiovascular, and circuit training regimens. The programs consist of a challenging circuit of ten boxing and kickboxing workout stations developed by a Martial Arts Champion.

Round 1 - 2 (Strength & Cardio)

Develops both strength and endurance with the skierg, dumb bells, kettle bells, medicine balls, jump rope and other equipment. Get the heart rate up to perform at your best.

Round 3 - 8 (Kickboxing)

Where the real fun begins as you punch and kick heavy bags to build power, double end bags to increase coordination and timing, and speed bags to develop shoulder conditioning and speed.

Round 9 - 10 (Abs & Core)

You’ll tighten and strengthen your core muscles, which improves your mobility movement for daily tasks and excersises.
